Purpose

Prepare a meal for 100 – 175 people

Responsible to

Me-‘N-U Dining Room Supervisor

Description of duties

Prepare a meal for 100 – 175 people, store the leftovers, assist in the clean-up of the kitchen, insure we are in compliance with all Board of Health requirements and supervise the Kitchen Helpers

Time requirements

4 - 6 hours per night

Be able to follow a menu and work well with others in a small space
